Canadian, UK foreign secretaries discuss security, economy, cooperation

HAMILTON, Canada

Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand and her UK counterpart David Lammy discussed "priorities" in security, economy and cooperation on Friday.

Anand thanked Lammy in a post on X, saying they discussed "shared priorities on security, economic growth, and international cooperation" in a phone conversation.

"I look forward to working together to strengthen the Canada–UK relationship," Anand added.
