NEW YORK
Wall Street on Tuesday closed higher with increase in stocks of banks.
The Dow rose 43 points to end the day at 20,937 and the S&P 500 added 4 points to 2,398.
The Nasdaq increased 5 points to finish trading at 6,138.
The three major indexes closed with gains for the fourth trading day in a row.
Major investment banking firms Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley saw their shares increase by 1.7 percent and 1.8 percent, respectively.
Bank of America stock price rose 1.5 percent.
