KICEVO
Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister Emrullah Isler inaugurated a high school, built by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in Macedonia's western city of Kicevo, on Sunday.
The Mirko Milevski High School is funded by TIKA, a government department that assists developing countries. The high school is also connected to an annex named after Mehmet Akif Ersoy, a prominent Turkish poet who wrote Turkey’s national anthem.
The people who attended the inauguration were carrying the Turkish flag and slogans saying, ‘’Strong Turkey, Strong Macedonia,’’ and ‘’Our love for Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is infinite’’, in an attempt to support the Turkish Prime Minister.
Deputy Prime Minister Isler thanked Macedonian citizens who supported Erdogan and said; ‘’we offer our gratitude to the people of Kicova for your enthusiastic and warm welcome.’’
Isler said ‘’Erdogan’s love for Macedonia is endless’’ in response to the slogans that expressed gratitude to Erdogan.
TIKA fosters social and economic development across the world, including Africa, in which it has increased initiatives in health, agriculture, education, water and sanitation fields.
