US Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel spoke by phone with his Egyptian counterpart General Abdel Fattah Sisi Monday.
During the call, “Secretary Hagel offered his condolences for the loss of life after several recent terrorist attacks,” according to Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby.
