5 killed in blast in China's chemical plant

ANKARA

At least five people were killed in an explosion on Monday at a hydrogen peroxide chemical production site in Liaocheng, Shandong province in eastern China.

Another person was injured in the explosion that caused a fire at the site, and another has gone missing, the Global Times reported.

The fire has been extinguished while the cause of the incident is being investigated, the daily said.
