ASTANA
A Kazakh court Monday gave life in prison to seven people for organizing a terror attack on a military unit and a gun shop in June.
The court also gave 20 other suspects accused of concealing information about the perpetrators sentences ranging from two to 22 years in prison.
On June 5, eight people, including three soldiers, were killed and 37 people were injured in an attack on a gun shop and military unit in Aktobe, Kazakhstan.
Operations launched after the attack resulted in the death of 18 terrorists and the arrest of 27 suspects.
