ANKARA
U.S. Ambassador to Turkey Francis Ricciardone said that Turkey and the United States had sound cooperation in the agriculture sector.
Ricciardone hosted a reception on opening of Food and Agriculture Policies Research Institute established by the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV) in Ankara.
There were 20 research projects in the agriculture sector between Turkey and the United States, he said, adding that both parties would benefit from these projects.
