ANKARA
House sales in Turkey rose for the second month in row in March, the Turkish Statistical Institute, or TurkStat, announced Friday.
The country saw a 1 percent year-on-year rise last month, having risen by 7 percent in February, according to the report, which recorded 117,205 sales in March.
Mortgage-backed sales fell by 14.3 percent year-on-year and made up a third of residential sales in March.
