RIYADH
Turkish Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan has inaugurated the selling points of a Turkish food company with the concept of BEBETO "fun islands" in Riyadh.
Kervan Gida's selling points exist in 57 shopping centres in different regions of the Saudi Arabia.
Kervan Gida, a Turkish producer of soft candy, collaborated strategically with Al Othaim Group, one of the biggest market chains in Saudi Arabia, on opening selling points with the concept of "fun islands" in shopping centres.
Caglayan said the collaboration is a good example of the partnership between Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
Caglayan also visited an international Turkish school under the Turkish Embassy in Riyadh and got information about the school. He chatted with the students and toured the school which offers education programs from kindergarten to high school.
The children of around 120 thousand Turkish citizens working in Saudi Arabia get educated in 8 schools in various cities.
