US 2-year bond yield hits 10-month high, exceeding 4%

ISTANBUL

The US treasury bond yields continue to soar on Monday with 2-year bond yield exceeds 4% as ongoing tension in the Middle East are escalating.

Starting the week on around 3.9%, the 2-year bond yield hit 4.007% as of 1050GMT, the highest level since Jun2 2025.

The 5-year bond yield is at 4.1%, 10-year is at 4.43%.

The CDS risk premium rate also rose in the US by 2.5% to 37.3 on Monday.
