MOSCOW
The Ukrainian parliament, Verkhovna Rada, on Tuesday passed a law lifting the lawmakers' immunity from prosecution.
The bill, amending the Ukraine's constitution, was introduced in August by President Volodymyr Zelensky and got approval of the Ukrainian Constitutional Court.
The bill was adopted with 373 votes and becomes effective on Jan.1, 2020.
