Macedonian parliament adopted a bill in their penal code on Friday that will allow pedophile criminals to undergo chemical castration.
The pedophile criminals will be punished with "pharmacological treatment".
According to the law, convicted child molesters will get a reduction on their serving time if they go through the sterilization process voluntarily.
Earlier, the government implemented another legal regulation on recording pedophile criminals in 2012.
