Three policemen were killed and one other was wounded in a mosque blast in the Paktika province of Afghanistan, bordering Pakistan on Sunday.
Provincial police chief Dawlat Khan Zadran said the blast occurred in a district of Paktika, while policemen were at the mosque due to night prayer.
Stating the blast caused damage in the mosque, Zadran stressed that it was organized by enemies of religion and the state.
No group or individual claimed responsibility for the attack.
