Prime Minister Qandil addressed the protestors gathered in front of the Constitutional Court, the Presidential Palace and Tahrir Square and told all the political parties to end the protests whether supporting Muhammad Mursi or not.
Qandil also emphasized the referendum as a "historical opportunity" and said, "People who would like to present their political opinion can do so by the referendum."
