ALEPPO
Death toll rose to 70 in Syrian regime's air raids on various regions of Aleppo on Sunday, hospital sources told AA.
Information received from a field hospital in the region said that 70 people were killed and at least 140 people were hurt after the barrel bomb attacks conducted by regime forces targeting civilians in the Ahmadiyya, Masaken Hanano, Ard al Hamra, Al-Sahur and Marek neighborhoods of Aleppo.
Hospital authorities called for aid from international relief agencies as hospitals in the region lacked access to basic medical equipment.
Meanwhile, Local Coordination Committees of Aleppo warned that a new wave of migration could occur unless the massacres made by the Assad regime did not cease.
Earlier in the day, the committees had announced that at least 63 people died and more than a hundred were injured in regime attacks by barrel bombs in various regions of Aleppo.
