A motorcycle suicide attack killed at least 10 people and wounded 2 others in north Yemen.
The suicide bomber set off his explosives early in the morning at a market place in the northern Saada province.
Houthi leader Seifullah Sami accused US intelligence services for the blast and of using Al-Qaeda in such attacks.
Saada is home to a Zaidi Shia Houthi majority. At least five similar attacks have been carried out in the region. Several clashes took place between Houthi groups and forces of Yemen's ousted leader Ali Abdullah Saleh between the years 2004 and 2009.
