Social media platforms glitching worldwide

ANKARA

Users worldwide Thursday are facing issues with some of the globe's most popular social media platforms, according to a top Turkish official.

“Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are all experiencing problems today for users worldwide,” Omer Fatih Sayan, Turkey's deputy transport and infrastructure minister, wrote on Twitter.

“Users in Turkey are also partially affected by the problem,” he added.
