Vedad Ibisevic, Bosnian footballer who plays for VfB Stuttgart in the German Bundesliga, told Anadolu Agency he is expecting a good match when Bosnia meet US tomorrow in a friendly game.
"The US team is a very good one, and I expect this match to be a good preparation for continuation of the qualifications for the World Cup in Brazil in 2014. We will play against Slovakia in September. The fact that the US team won 11 games in row is telling us this will not be an easy game to play," Ibisevic said.
Jurgen Klinsmann, the US team manager, speaking for AA said that he is very excited to be in Bosnia and play against its national team.
"We have a great respect for Bosnian team. If we see where they play, and to the fact that it is one of 15 best in the world, I know it will be a very good game," Klinsmann said for AA.
Tim Howard, goalkeeper for the US national team and UK Everton, said that he expect the biggest threat to his goal will be Edin Dzeko. Dzeko is a Manchester City striker.
"He plays very good with his left and his right leg, and he is a very good technician. We will enjoy this game, but I do believe that we will win, for the 12th time in row," Howard said.
Day before the game, Dzeko together with two other players - Miralem Pjanic and Asmir Begovic - played with blind kids in Sarajevo.
"It is a great honor to play this game. I hope that what will do will help to put a smile back on children's faces. Our goal is to try to give them a normal life," Dzeko said.
