Formula 2 and Formula 3 will race in Istanbul in 2027 after the Turkish city was added to both championships' calendars for the first time, organizers announced Tuesday.
The two junior single-seater series will compete at Istanbul Park as part of the Formula 1 race weekend, with the Turkish round also serving as the season finale for Formula 3.
Istanbul Park will stage an F2 race for the first time in the FIA Formula 2 era, while the circuit will also make its Formula 3 debut.
The 2027 Formula 2 season will feature 14 rounds, while Formula 3 will compete across 10 rounds, with both championships continuing to support Formula 1.
Both series will begin their campaigns in Bahrain in March before heading to Jeddah a week later, followed by Melbourne in April and Montreal in May.
After racing in Monaco, Silverstone and Spielberg, the championships will resume following the summer break at Monza and then Madrid.
F2 will compete without F3 in Azerbaijan in September before both championships join Formula 1 in Istanbul, where the F3 season will conclude.
Formula 2 will then continue with a first-ever round in Mexico City at the end of October before concluding its season with races in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
Montreal will return to the F2 calendar after hosting the championship for the first time in 2026, while Jeddah and Montreal will make their Formula 3 debuts in 2027.
