Turkey, Azerbaijan to hold joint military drill

Azerbaijan and Turkey will perform a joint military drill in September, a ministry statement said Thursday.

“TurAz Kartali 2017 (TurAz Eagle 2017) will continue for 12 days, from next Monday to the end of this month," the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan said in the statement.

Thirty airplanes including warplanes, transport and combat helicopters, will take part in the exercise.
