ANKARA
Croatia was included as state party to the Customs Union between Turkey and European Community on Friday.
Croatia is now part of practices based on conditional duty free regime implemented in 1995 between Turkey and then European Community.
Official decision to make changes in related principles for application of Customs Union between Turkey and European Community was published on Friday and became valid from July 1, 2013.
"Undersecretariat' expressions were altered into 'Ministry' and it was stated Turkish Ministry of Customs and Trade will be in charge of implementation.
Croatia's Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Turkey was annuled after Croatia became a member of European Union in July 1, 2013.
