The newly-appointed director of the Ethiopian News Agency (ENA), Bekele Muleta, visited Anadolu Agency Regional Bureau in Addis Ababa on Wednesday.
"ENA and AA are two big news agencies," head of the AA Bureau Mohammed Taha Tewekel said.
"The two news services will share experiences and serve both the peoples of Ethiopia and Turkey. There is a great opportunity for the agencies to collaborate."
Bekele, for his part, said the opening of the AA bureau in Addis Ababa highlights the historic relations between Ethiopia and Turkey.
