MUGLA
The first leg competitions in the Turkish Enduro Championships began in Bodrum town of the south-western province of Mugla on Sunday.
The competitions were started by Zeynep Merkit, who lost her husband Kemal Merkit in an accident in last year's Transanatolia Rally Raid Race, and the Chairman of the Turkish Motorcycling Federation Bekir Yunus Ucar.
132 motorcyclists from more than 40 Turkish provinces registered their names at the Turkish Enduro Championships.
Motorcyclists will make three tours on a racetrack 20 kilometers long.
