A lawsuit was filed on Monday after conclusion of indictment into last year's bomb attack staged by terrorist organization PKK in Gaziantep, killing 11 people including 4 children and wounding 70 others.
Among the 12 suspects, the indictment has sought 82 times aggravated life in prison and 923 years imprisonment on 6 different charges for suspect M.F. codenamed "Firaz", the perpetrator of the attack who is on the run. The indictment has also sought 82 times aggravated life in prison and 912 years imprisonment for each of 9 suspects while imprisonment terms of 5 years up to 21 years for 2 suspects who are on trial without arrest.
The indictment of the case stated that the fugitive suspect M.F. planned the incident and organized the act until the vehicle which was filled with explosives was set off.
Indictment noted, the vehicle laden with explosives was taken to the scene by towing truck as they told towing company the vehicle "broke down".
The indictment has sought 82 times aggravated life in prison and 923 years imprisonment on 6 different charges for suspect M.F.

The attack in Turkey's southeastern city of Gaziantep staged on August 20, 2012 caused the death of 11 people including 4 children on the second day of Ramadan feast.
