Gunduz told AA correspondent on Wednesday that Turkish investors were welcomed in Iraq.
Saying that Iraq which has the highest quality oil, expected to increase its annual revenue to 600 billion USD in the coming 10 years, Gunduz said Turkey should invest in Iraq, that would be a rich country soon.
He said Iraq was Turkey's second biggest export partner behind Germany with a volume of 10 billion USD in 2012.
