Tunceli Governor Mustafa Taskesen said Huseyin Aygun from the main opposition Republican People's Party was kidnapped by two PKK terrorists who stopped the car the lawmaker was in on his way back from the town of Ovacik to Tunceli together with an adviser and a journalist.
Taskesen said the adviser and the journalist were set free.
He said police and gendarmery forces had launched an operation to find the lawmaker.
