Turkish Parliament will launch a website for kids and introductory tours in the parliament in 7 more languages.
Turkish Parliamentary Secretary-General Irfan Neziroglu told AA that they were working on an introductory website about Turkish Parliament for kids including educational games which could teach Turkish history and geography.
Regarding introductory tours for foreign visitors, Neziroglu said that the introductory tours would take place on Saturdays and will be in English.
The tours will be translated in 7 more languages and visitors can be guided in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Kazakh, Spanish, French and German.
Visitors will be able to see the general assembly, the main hall of the parliament where the bills were discussed by MPs.
-Visiting the Parliament-
The visiting procedures of the groups coming to Parliament from various cities of Turkey and abroad is carried out by the Guidance and Advertising Bureau of the Press and Public Relations Department of the Parliament.
After the application of the visitors demanding to visit the Parliament under the supervision of the Guidance and Advertising Bureau, visitors are given an appointment by the Bureau. Those visitors coming to the Parliament upon their appointment are welcomed by the staff of the above mentioned Bureau at the entrance of the Parliament and guidance services are carried out.
