Turkey's EU Minister Egemen Bagis said that "positive agenda" was a bridge to remove obstacles before Turkey's EU membership talks.
Turkey will have direct relation with EU Commission during Greek Cypriot administration's EU presidency term thanks to "positive agenda", added Bagis who spoke to Kanal 7 TV channel on Sunday.
Positive agenda will take action during Greek Cypriot administration's presidency, said Bagis.
Noting that EU also saw Turkey's influence and efficiency in the Middle East, Caucasus, Balkans and Central Asia, Bagis said that a Europe without Turkey would be very lone.
Bagis said that so far 13 of 33 chapter headings had been opened to negotiations with Turkey.
