Syria's orphans are trying to cling to life with the helping hands extended to them.
Escaped from bombardments, around 20,000 Syrians have taken shelter in tent cities in Atme town, which is close to Turkish border. They are trying to survive without electricity, water and scarce amount of food. Among them there has been thousands of orphans.
Some lost either one of their parents or both of them, some witnessed the collapse of their houses during bombardments, they were taken to the safer regions by Syrians who are totally "strangers" to them.
With the deep sorrow of losing their loved ones, orphans try to get used to their new lives and new families.
Most of them have behavioral disorder and need psychological support.
With no education, lack of nutrition and family environment, Syrian orphans are suffering most from the crisis.
