High criminal court rejected plea for release of detained deputies by unanimous vote after reviewing the objections on extended detention period and violation of right to be elected on Friday.
Peace and Democracy Party's deputies, Faysal Sariyildiz, Selma Irmak and independent deputy Kemal Aktas were on trial over "being affiliated to terrorist organization".
Deputies plead to court again after being rejected in their first requisition. Another detained deputy had been released last week after the decision of Turkey's Constitutional Court stating over-extended detention time is illegal.
