KUWAIT CITY (AA) - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is in Kuwait City for a meeting with Kuwaiti Amir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jabir al-Sabah on Thursday.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah welcomed Davutoglu at the airport.
Afterwards, Davutoglu was received by Kuwaiti Amir Sheikh al-Sabah.
He is also expected to meet the head of Kuwaiti National Assembly, Marzouq Al-Ghanim and Prime Minister Jabir al-Mubarak al-Hamad al-Sabah.
Davutoglu will attend the first meeting of the Joint Committee for the cooperation of Turkey-Kuwait along with Foreign Minister al-Sabah and high officials from both countries.
The meeting will cover opportunities for political, economical, commercial and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
