ANKARA
A statement by the Foreign Ministry said on Friday that Davutoglu would hold talks in the capital Sana'a on October 20-21.
150-member Turkish business delegation would hold talks with Yemen businessmen, it said.
Davutoglu is expected to be received by Yemen's President Abd Rabuh Mansur Hadi and Prime Minister Muhammad Salim Ba Sindwah.
He will also meet with Foreign Minister Abu Bakr Abdallah al-Qirbi during his visit to Yemen.
