WASHINGTON
US President Barack Obama gave a dinner in honor of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the Red Room of the White House on Thursday.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Undersecretary of Turkish Intelligence Organization Hakan Fidan attended the dinner in Washington.
On the US side, Secretary of State John Kerry and National Security Advisor Tom Danilon also attended the dinner at the White House.
Erdogan walked through the park near the White House after his program at the US Chamber of Commerce and took souvenir photos with Turkish and non-Turkish citizens.
Earlier in the day, Erdogan also met the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives John Boehner. The meeting was closed to the press.
