ANKARA
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that the United Nations (UN ) would have a center in Istanbul, and its all regional offices would be in the city.
Davutoglu said Turkey has continued its effective role in the UN, he said, adding that the UN's all regional offices would gather in Istanbul.
