As fierce fighting between Assad forces and opponents is continuing across Syria, Anadolu Agency (AA) took the footage of Aleppo International Airport, where jets and helicopters are repaired after its closure on January.
The Free Syrian Army (FSA) are pushing offensive around the northern city of Aleppo to take over the control of the airport.
The Aleppo International Airport - dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, has a strategic position for rivals at the more than two-year-old civil war.
After its closure, it started being used as a base, where regime jets and helicopters are repaired and take fuel on.
As of 2013, all the flights were suspended due to the intense fighting around the city.
More than 100,000 people have been killed since the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad began in 2011.
Some 4.25 million people, mostly elderly and children, have abandoned their homes.
