Air Algerie and Turkish Airlines will begin sharing reservation details from next month, Turkey’s flag-carrier said Thursday.
The agreement, which comes into effect on May 15, will “broaden the commercial partnership between the two companies,” the airline said in a statement.
“We are extremely pleased to sign this codeshare agreement with Air Algerie and aim to improve our partnership to maximize the travel opportunities offered to our passengers through the networks of both airlines,” Temel Kotil, CEO of Turkish Airlines, said.
His counterpart at Air Algerie, Mohamed Abdou Bouderbala, added: “This cooperation will be fruitful for both sides and will be enlarged very soon.”
