CAIRO (AA) - Army units deployed near the Rabaa Adawiya Square and al-Nahda Square in Giza, Egyptian capital Cairo where anti-coup demonstrations continue, have withdrawn.
Military units deployed outside the Giza Police Department near the al-Nahda Square left the area after the beginning of the demonstrations, witnesses said.
Demonstrators holding protests for the release of ousted President Mohamed Morsi erected eight barricades using sand and metals at the entrance of the al-Nahda Square.
