An Israeli force stormed the southern town of Hebron and searched several homes in the area, the Palestinian Prisoners Club said in a statement.
At least 15 Palestinians were detained in the Israeli crackdown, according to the statement.
Five other Palestinians were arrested by Israeli forces in the northern West Bank town of Jenin.
The raids come one day after an Israeli soldier was killed in Afula's central bus station after being stabbed by a young Palestinian man from Jenin.
Israel's northern police commander, Ronny Attia, told Israeli Army Radio that the Palestinian attacker had carried out the assault because he had relatives languishing in Israeli jails.
Israeli forces stage daily raids into the West Bank, claiming they are looking for "wanted" Palestinians.
