An 11-month-old baby has been rescued alive on Tuesday from the rubble of a partially collapsed building in Russia.
At least eight people were killed and five others injured as a block of the 10-story building collapsed, following a gas explosion in the city of Magnitogorsk on Monday, according to the country’s emergencies ministry.
At least 36 people remained missing following the incident and emergency teams are busy in relief operation.
Jan. 2 has been announced as a day of mourning in the region.
