Syrian rebels have claimed that they had shot down a government warplane near the city of Hama.
Syrian Revolution General Commission said a Mig 23 fighter jet crashed into an agricultural field near Kafr Nabuda after opposition fighters with Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan Brigade hit it by an anti-aircraft gun.
On Saturday government forces killed at least 158 people in offensives around the country, according to Syrian Network for Human Rights.
