Turkey-Iran relations as opportunity, not threat

WASHINGTON

Hank Johnson said if the United States could not establish a direct dialogue with Iran due to political concerns or some other reasons, at least it had a friend that was doing so. Turkey was a bridge, and could indicate that it was acting like the heart of the region, Johnson said during a conference at the Turkish American Association in Washington.
