Kucuk presented a document stating the removal of the two ministers to the Turkish Cypriot President Dervis Eroglu on Friday.
Both Kasif and Durust were appointed on April 6, 2011. New appointments to replace the two ministers must take place within 10 days.
The TRNC cabinet is made up of 10 ministers aside from the prime minister.
