Turkish Ambassador in Prague Cihad Erginay said that Turkey and Czech Republic targeted to increase their trade volume to four billion USD by 2015.
It is currently 2.65 billion USD, added Erginay who spoke to AA on Thursday ahead of the fifth term meeting of Turkey-Czech Republic Joint Economic Committee which will take place in Prague tomorrow.
Erginay said that big Czech companies such as CEZ, SKEX, CKD and VITKOVICA invested in energy area in Turkey, adding that Turkey was planning to cooperate with Czech companies in nuclear energy area too.
He noted that 60-70 Turkish businessmen were working in Czech Republic, and they had important contributions in the relations between the two countries.
