Türkiye's benchmark stock index ended the week at 14,587.93 points on Friday, soaring 2.72% day-by-day to hit historical high.
After starting the day at 14,235.63 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index earned 386.88 points from Thursday's close.
The BIST 100 index hit a record high of 14,601.12 points during the day, while marking its all-time highest daily and weekly closing levels at 14,587.93.
The market value of the BIST 100 was around 14.2 trillion Turkish liras ($318.9 billion), with a trading volume of 107 billion liras ($2.41 billion).
A total of 30 stocks on the index rose and 67 dropped, compared to the previous close.
Gold was $4,865.75 per ounce, while Brent futures were traded for $88.75 as of 1520GMT.
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 44.8525, the euro/Turkish lira exchange rate was 52.9925, and the British pound traded for 60.8500 liras.
