Within the scope of US President Barack Obama's 3-day-long Middle East trip, a welcoming ceremony was held and Netanyahu spoke shortly after Obama's arrival at the Tel Aviv Ben Gurion International Airport on Wednesday.
Netanyahu touched on Obama's choice of first trip abroad since he took office the second time and said, "We are having a historic moment."
The Israeli pm added, on behalf of Israel's government and people, he wanted to send a message to US people and said, "Thank you for standing by Israel when there is a historic change is taking place in the Middle East."
