ANKARA (AA) - Anadolu Agency, the most powerful news agency in the Middle East, has increased the number of its subscribers in the region.
The number of news which the AA's Arabic service produced since launch of its broadcasting one year ago, is now an important news source for the Middle East and North Africa with its footage and pictures.
AA has signed subscription contracts with seven media establishments from Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco as a result of the agency's growing activities in the region. Among the subscribers are four newspapers, a TV channel and a radio station.
Anadolu Agency's Marketing and Sales Manager Yilmaz Yaman said they thought that AA brings a new vision to the Arab press and added, "We have subscribers who signed long-term agreement with us from Morocco to Qatar. And we are also in talks with more than 100 media establishments in the region."
Yaman said that the new News Transmssion System (HAS) of AA has won huge acclaim in the region.
Anadolu Agency who has got ahead of the international news agencies in the region, transmits its news produced with the principle of "ethical, objective, fast and reliable" journalism.
