Hulusi Kilic, former Turkish ambassador in Baku, received an award in Azerbaijan.
Former ambassador was presented with the "bests of the year" award which is also called, "The First" in Azerbaijan.
Kilic received his honorary award at a ceremony organized by a private production company in Azerbaijan.
Alongside Kilic, many other Turkish media staff, businessmen and artists were presented with awards.
