DIYARBAKIR
Head of autonomous Kurdish government in Iraq’s north Masoud Barzani on Sunday invited Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Irbil, in north of Iraq.
Attending a program in Turkish state broadcaster TRT6, broadcasting in Kurdish, in a hotel in Diyarbakir province, Barzani met with PM Erdogan and invited him to Irbil.
Barzani said he would be pleased to host PM Erdogan in Irbil.
Meanwhile, Kurdish musician Sivan Perwer met with PM Erdogan for a while at the lobby of hotel.
PM Erdogan and Barzani held a bilateral meeting on Saturday after participating in a collective wedding ceremony in Diyarbakir province.
