The number of air passengers in Turkey in 2012 went up 10.4 percent when compared to 2011 and reached 130,630,154.
According to Turkey's General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMI), the number of domestic passengers went up 10.8 percent when compared to 2011 and reached 64,548,932.
In 2012, the number of international passengers went up 10.2 percent when compared to 2011 and reached 65,408,929.
Air traffic also rose 3.5 percent to 599,670 in domestic flights, while it increased 6.1 percent to 490,962 in international flights in 2012 when compared to 2011.
