Speaking at a press conference at the Buyuk Antakya Hotel in the southern province of Hatay, Syrian troops killed Syrian citizens who wanted freedom, Badawi said a Syrian member of parliament who fled to Turkey.
"I want to inform the great Syrian people and state that, as of now, I have left the Syrian Parliament. The Syrian Parliament is not one of the Syrian people but Assad's," Badawi underlined.
"The only thing that the Syrian people want is freedom. The Syrian government has responded fiercely and in a brutal way to this demand of the Syrian people," Badawi said.
"The Syrian people are now in a stage of intifada," Badawi also said.
Following the press conference, Badawi left unanswered questions from the press corps.
Badawi will hold a press conference in Istanbul in the next few days.
Syrian Parliament have no knowledge on chemical weapons
Badawi, remind that the Syrian Parliament had no knowledge about chemical weapons in Syria.
Badawi said that the Syrian Parliament held no meeting on the use of chemical weapons in Syria.
"Life conditions in Syria are very hard. There is an ongoing humanitarian tragedy in Syria," Badawi noted.
I could not bear the cruelty
Badawi expressed that she could not bear the cruelty in her country. I left Syria because I had no more strength to bear the cruelty, Badawi told.
I will exert efforts to rescue all of my friends because there is an ongoing human tragedy in Syria, said Badawi.
